Recruitment Timeline

• Application opens: 26 January 2026
• Deadline for applications: 20 April 2026, 4:00 PM CET (deadline extended from March 31, 2026 to April 20, 2026).
• Results will be announced: by email by 30 April 2026
• Programme start date: 1 June 2026

The First Stage of the Recruitment Process

2. Prepare application documents

   Online format

   (Open to students from Polish universities and universities abroad)

   • Confirmation of student status: download file or attach a scan of your current student ID.
   • Language certificate or equivalent document (e.g., a certificate from a language school, a secondary school leaving exam/matura in English, confirmation of completing an English course at your university, or other equivalent documents)
   • Participation Declaration for the Spinaker Programme (Annex No. 1): download file
   • Information Clause regarding the processing of personal data (Annex No. 2): download file

   Hybrid format

   (Online and on-site in Warsaw; open to students from universities abroad)

   • Confirmation of student status: download file or attach a scan of your current student ID.
   • English language certificate or equivalent document (e.g., a certificate from a language school, a secondary school leaving exam/matura in English, confirmation of completing an English course at your university, or other equivalent documents)
   • CV and motivation letter (max. 1 A4 page)
   • Portfolio – list of publications, conference participation (presentations, posters), and other relevant academic activities
   • Letter of recommendation issued by the Dean of the Faculty or an equivalent senior academic officer (e.g. Head of School, Head of Department, Programme Director, Director of Studies)
   • Participation Declaration for the Spinaker Programme (Annex No. 1): download file
   • Information Clause regarding the processing of personal data (Annex No. 2): download file


3. Submit your application

   Fill in the registration form and submit all prepared documents (please send scanned copies).

   • Registration form: online format
   • Registration form: hybrid format

The Second Stage of the Recruitment Process

After being accepted to the Spinaker Programme, you must complete the following steps:

1. Register in the NAWA electronic system and complete the NAWA Participant Registration Form within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the acceptance notification.
2. After submitting the form:
   • Download the automatically generated PDF.
   • Sign and scan the document.
   • Send it by email to: med.prev.summer.school@wum.edu.pl
   • Failure to complete registration or submit the signed PDF on time may result in removal from the programme and replacement by a candidate from the waiting list.
   • Accepted participants will receive a detailed guide titled “Procedure for Registration and Submission of the NAWA Participant Registration Form”.
